Here, Avesso is doubly exclusive: it is the only grape variety present in Cazas Novas wines, and it is fair to say that few producers interpret this exciting Portuguese white variety with such precision.
From Santa Marinha do Zêzere, already in the Douro Valley but still within the Vinho Verde region, the Avesso grapes are born in two nearby but distinct terroirs: Quinta das Cazas Novas and Quinta de Guimarães.
