Vasco Magalhães - Managing Director - Fez licenciatura em Marketing no IPAM e é Pós-Graduado em Enologia pela Universidade Católica do Porto. Desde cedo começou mostrar interesse por este mundo do vinho. As histórias, as gentes, as viagens pelas várias regiões do país que fazia com o seu pai, despertaram-lhe a paixão pelo mundo dos vinhos que o acompanha até aos dias de hoje. Acumulou experiência em praticamente todas as áreas do sector, do marketing, às vendas e até à viticultura. Trabalha como consultor de vários produtores em Portugal e fundou a The Wine Office em 2020.
Denis Coubronne- Vendas e Marketing, mercados internacionais. Estudo na MBA Essec Business school em Paris, ajudou a criar a PrimeDrinks, da qual foi o seu primeiro director geral, foi director comercial da Bacardi para Europa, e mais recentemente Vice-Presidente da Aidil Wines & Liquors, o maior importador de vinhos Portugueses nos USA. E especialista em políticas de portefólio, estratégias de preço e de distribuição.
Mafalda Magalhães – Enologia. Engenheira Agroalimentar, com especialização em Enologia de formação, aprofundou os seus conhecimentos enológicos com uma Pós-Graduação em Viticultura e Enologia na Universidade Juan Agustin Maza – Mendoza. Trabalhou em diversas regiões portuguesas e em Bordeus. De seguida, deslocou-se para a Argentina onde trabalhou como enóloga na Bodega Dolium e Vinha Cobos, sob orientação do Consultor Paul Hobbs – Integrante na equipa de consultadoria do Enólogo Michel Rolland.
José Maria Magalhães - Export Manager - Alemanha - Áustria - Suíça . Formado em Agronomia pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD). Trabalhou nas áreas de enologia, viticultura e comercial antes de se mudar para a Alemanha onde reside actualmente. É nível III WSET e nos últimos 4 anos trabalhou num dos maiores retalhistas do sector do vinho na Alemanha.
Vasco Pizarro Magalhães – Negócio do Vinho. Pós-Graduado em “Cultura e Ciência do Vinho” pela Universidade Católica do Porto, Colaborador em Master Classes na Universidade Católica do Porto (Escola Superior de Biotecnologia), Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Universidade de La Rioja, Logroño, Espanha; co-autor de livros do sector, foi o primeiro português a frequentar o prestigiado “Institute of Masters of Wine” ex membro da “Association of Wine Educators, UK”. Conta com mais de 40 anos na industria do vinho.
Prof. Nuno Magalhães - Viticultura. Professor e investigador há mais de 30 anos, tem desempenhado um importante papel em investigações relacionadas com a seleção genética da videira e é consultor de empresas de várias regiões vitícolas do país. Professor emérito da Universidade de Vila Real, premiado pela Organização Internacional da Vinha e do Vinho (OIV) pelo seu livro “Tratado de Viticultura: a videira, a vinha e o terroir. É Comendador da Ordem de Mérito Agrícola.
Diogo Lopes - Adviser - Enologia, Produção, Estratégia e Planeamento. Um dos grandes nomes da nova geração da enologia portuguesa, envolvido em projetos de renome no Alentejo, Douro, Lisboa e Açores. É licenciado em Agronomia, formando-se depois em Enologia. Estagiou em Napa Valley, na Califórnia passando também por Mendoza, na Argentina. Recentemente foi considerado "New Age Wine Producer" pela Revista de Vinhos e nomeado para "Enólogo do Ano" em 2020 também pela Revista de Vinhos.
Joana Santiago - Legal Adviser - Nasceu em 1978 em Espinho e após o seu percurso académico na faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra exerceu plenamente advocacia até 2014 em escritório próprio com especial enfoque nas áreas do direito comercial, empresas, registos e notariado. Desde 2013 que desenvolve projetos de consultoria legal e estratégica a empresas, colaborando com diversas entidades na gestão de projetos e formação. Em 2017 dedicou-se ao direito da vinha e do vinho concentrando o tempo que não dedica à Quinta de Santiago, à prestação de serviços de " Law advisor" a empresas e negócios ligados ao setor dos vinhos. A Quinta de Santiago apesar de fazer parte das suas raízes familiares é o seu desafio mais recente !
Filipe Moço – Design. Trabalhou em várias agências de comunicação desde 2004, como director criativo, designer gráfico, gestor de projecto e fotógrafo, tendo mais de 17 anos de experiência na área. A paixão pelos vinhos começou a crescer e decidiu trabalhar exclusivamente no sector.
Filipe Santos – Comunicação. Licenciado em Ciências da Comunicação, foi editor do Record e do Jornal i, onde participou da sua fundação. Especializou-se na comunicação do sector do vinho onde trabalha a comunicação de alguns dos mais reconhecidos produtores do país.
Mark Tomaras – Fotografia. Trabalha como fotografo desde 1999 acumulando 21 anos de experiência entre os EUA, Argentina e muitos outros países. Entre os seus clientes encontramos grandes empresas como a Diageo até pequenos negócios familiares. Apesar de dominar várias áreas, a sua especialização é na perspetiva documental da fotografia, onde observar e contar uma história através da sua câmara. Vive em Portugal desde 2019.
Vasco Magalhães - Managing Director - He has a degree in Marketing at IPAM and is a Post-Graduate in Enology at the Catholic University of Porto. From an early age, he began to show interest in the world of wine. The stories, the people, and the travels through the various regions of the country that he used to make with his father, awakened his passion for the world of wines that has accompanied him to this day. He has accumulated experience in virtually every area of the sector, from marketing to sales and even viticulture. He works as a consultant for several producers in Portugal and founded The Wine Office in 2020.
Mafalda Magalhães – Oenology. Agroalimentary Engineer, specializing in Oenology by training, she deepened her oenological knowledge with a Post-Graduation in Viticulture and Oenology at Juan Agustin Maza University – Mendoza. She worked in several Portuguese regions and Bordeaux. She then moved to Argentina and worked as an oenologist at Bodega Dolium and Vinha Cobos, under the guidance of Consultant Paul Hobbs – a Member of the consultancy team of Oenologist Michel Rolland.
José Maria Magalhães - Export Manager - Germany - Austria - Switzerland. Graduated in Agronomy from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD). He worked in the fields of oenology, viticulture, and commercial before moving to Germany where he currently resides. He is level III WSET and for the last 4 years, he has worked in one of the biggest retailers in the wine sector in Germany.

Postgraduate in “Wine Culture and Science” at the Catholic University of Porto, Collaborator in Master Classes at the Catholic University of Porto (Higher School of Biotechnology), University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, University of La Rioja, Logroño, Spain; co-author of books in the sector, he was the first Portuguese to attend the prestigious “Institute of Masters of Wine” and former member of the “Association of Wine Educators, UK”. He has more than 40 years in the wine industry.
Prof. Nuno Magalhães - Viticulture. Professor and researcher for more than 30 years, he has played a vital role in research related to the genetic selection of the vine and consults for companies in various wine-growing regions of the country. Emeritus Professor at the University of Vila Real, awarded by the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) for his book "Tratado de Viticultura: the vine, the vineyard, and the terroir." He is Commander of the Order of Agricultural Merit.
Diogo Lopes - Adviser - Oenology, Production, Strategy, and Planning. One of the great names of the new generation of Portuguese oenology, involved in renowned projects in Alentejo, Douro, Lisbon, and Azores. He graduated in Agronomy, later graduating in Oenology. He trained in Napa Valley, California, also passing through Mendoza, Argentina. He was recently considered one of the "New Age Wine Producers" by Revista de Vinhos and named "Oenologist of the Year" in 2020 also by Revista de Vinhos.
Joana Santiago - Legal Adviser - Born in 1978 in Espinho, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. Afterward, she fully practiced law until 2014 in her firm, focusing on the areas of commercial law, companies, registers, and notary. Since 2013 she has been developing legal and strategic consulting projects for companies, collaborating with various entities in project management and training. In 2017, she started devoting her time to vineyards and wine law. While she is not working for Quinta de Santiago, she provides "Law advisory" services to companies and businesses in the wine field. Despite being part of her family's roots, Quinta de Santiago is her most recent challenge!
Filipe Moço – Design. He has worked in various communication agencies since 2004, as a creative director, graphic designer, project manager, and photographer, having over 17 years of experience in the field. His passion for wines started to grow so he decided to work exclusively in the field.
Filipe Santos – Communication. With a degree in Communication Sciences, he was the editor of Record and Jornal i, where he participated in its foundation. He specializes in communication in the wine field and works with some of the most recognized producers in the country.
Mark Tomaras – Photography. He has been working as a photographer since 1999, accumulating 21 years of experience in the USA, Argentina, and many other countries. Among his clients we find large companies such as Diageo and small family businesses. Despite mastering several areas, his specialization is in the documentary perspective of photography, where he observes and tells a story through his camera. Lives in Portugal since 2019.
